We ship worldwide and aim to get your order to you quickly and safely.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • We ship via PostNL and DHL Express services with tracking.

  • Customs or import duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate—returned packages due to incorrect address may incur additional charges.

Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may return the products within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-modified or soldered boards

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and address details.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
